Welcome To Suvratta Ghee Shop now

When people ask us why Suvratta A2 Bilona Ghee tastes so rich, has a beautiful golden colour, and carries the aroma of traditional village ghee, our answer always begins with one thing—the food our cows eat.

At Suvratta, we believe that pure milk comes from healthy, well-nourished cows, and healthy cows begin with a wholesome, balanced diet. Just as the quality of food we eat affects our health, the nutrition of our cows directly influences the quality of the milk they produce.

A Balanced Diet, Just Like Nature Intended

Our indigenous desi cows are fed a carefully planned diet that combines fresh green fodder, nutritious homemade feed, and dry roughage. This balanced nutrition helps keep them healthy, supports natural digestion, and contributes to rich, nutrient-dense A2 milk.

Fresh Green Fodder Every Day

Green fodder forms the foundation of our cows' diet. It provides essential vitamins, minerals, natural fibre, and hydration, keeping the cows active and healthy throughout the year.

Our Homemade Nutritious Feed

Twice every day—once in the morning and once in the evening—our cows are fed a specially prepared homemade feed made from carefully selected natural ingredients.

This traditional feed includes:

  • Wheat
  • Bajra (Pearl Millet)
  • Jowar (Sorghum)
  • Mustard (Sarson)
  • Chickpea Husk (Chane ke Chilke)
  • Maize (Makka)
  • Cotton Seed
  • Binola (Cottonseed Kernel)
  • Khal (Oil Cake)
  • Natural Jaggery
  • Mineral Salt

Each ingredient plays an important role in providing energy, protein, fibre, minerals, and essential nutrients required for the overall well-being of the cows.

Unlike commercial feed that may contain artificial additives or unnecessary fillers, our feed is prepared with simple, wholesome ingredients using traditional farming knowledge passed down through generations.

Dry Fodder for Healthy Digestion

In addition to green fodder and homemade feed, our cows are also given dry fodder once every day. Dry fodder provides essential roughage that supports healthy rumen function, improves digestion, and helps maintain overall gut health.

A balanced combination of green fodder, nutritious feed, and dry fodder ensures our cows receive complete nourishment every single day.

Nature's Goodness Through Herbs

To further support the health of our cows, twice every week we supplement their diet with natural herbs such as Moringa and Ashwagandha.

Moringa is valued for its rich nutritional profile, while Ashwagandha has long been used in traditional Indian practices. These herbs are included as part of our holistic approach to caring for our indigenous cows and supporting their overall vitality.

Seasonal Fruits from Our Farms

Nature changes with every season, and so does our cows' diet. Whenever seasonal fruits like Jamun ,Oranges are harvested on our farms, we offer them to our cows as a natural treat.

Whether it's fresh fruits available during the season or produce that grows naturally on the farm, these occasional additions provide dietary variety while allowing our cows to enjoy food just as they would in a natural environment.

Happy Cows Produce Better Milk

At Suvratta, we don't believe in shortcuts. We believe that exceptional ghee starts long before the Bilona process—it starts with the care we give our cows.

By feeding them wholesome, natural food every day, we help them stay healthy, stress-free, and naturally productive. The result is rich A2 milk that is traditionally cultured into curd, hand-churned into makkhan, and slowly simmered into our authentic Bilona Ghee.

Purity Begins at the Farm

For us, purity isn't just about what goes into the jar—it's about every step before it. From nourishing our cows with balanced, natural feed to following the traditional Bilona method, every decision reflects our promise to deliver food the way nature intended.

When you choose Suvratta A2 Bilona Ghee, you're choosing a product crafted with patience, tradition, and genuine care—from the farm to your table.

Because true purity begins with what our cows eat.
