We operate this website and online store to provide you with authentic, high-quality ghee products and related services (the “Services”). We specialise exclusively in ghee products. While we strive for accurate descriptions and images, colours, textures, or packaging may appear differently on your device. We reserve the right to change product descriptions, prices, or availability without notice, and to limit sales by quantity or region.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance. Payment must be successfully processed before dispatch. Please review orders carefully—once confirmed, cancellations may not be possible. All purchases are for personal use and not for resale without our consent.

4. Pricing

Prices shown are in INR and may change without notice. Taxes, shipping, and handling charges (if any) will be shown at checkout. Promotions may be subject to additional terms.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver orders promptly, but delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control. Risk passes to you once products are handed over to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of ghee, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or incorrect on arrival. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All names, logos, product images, and content on this site are the property of Suvratta Ghee and may not be used without written permission.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use our Services for unlawful purposes, to infringe on our rights, to transmit harmful code, or to disrupt operations.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or Services, except as required by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Rajasthan, India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hanumangarh, Rajasthan.
