There is something special about watching someone taste authentic Bilona Ghee for the very first time.
At the recent exhibition, Suvratta had the privilege of meeting hundreds of people who stopped by our stall to learn about traditional foods, ancestral nutrition, and the craftsmanship behind our A2 Desi Cow Bilona Ghee. What began as simple conversations soon turned into meaningful exchanges about health, farming, purity, and the food traditions many of us grew up with.
One of the most rewarding moments was seeing the expressions on visitors' faces after tasting our ghee. Many were surprised by its rich aroma, granular texture, and distinct taste—qualities that are often lost in commercially produced ghee. Several visitors shared memories of the ghee their grandparents used to make at home, reminding us why preserving traditional methods matters.
Throughout the exhibition, customers were curious to know why Bilona Ghee is different. We explained how our ghee begins with milk from freely grazed indigenous cows, is converted into curd, hand-churned into butter, and then slowly transformed into ghee in small batches. This traditional process requires patience, care, and significantly more milk, but the result is a product rooted in authenticity.
What touched us most was the trust people placed in our mission. Many visitors appreciated our commitment to sourcing directly from our farms and creating food that remains true to its origins. Their encouragement reaffirmed our belief that today's consumers are not merely looking for products—they are seeking transparency, quality, and a genuine connection to the source of their food.
To everyone who visited the Suvratta stall, tasted our ghee, shared their stories, and supported our vision, we extend our heartfelt gratitude. Your appreciation inspires us to continue our vow to purity and bring traditional nourishment to modern homes.
Every smile, every conversation, and every satisfied customer reminds us that the journey of Suvratta is much larger than selling ghee. It is about reviving traditions, supporting conscious farming, and helping families reconnect with wholesome food.
Thank you for being part of this journey.
